Cancellations/Substitutions/Refunds

You may designate another person to take your place at any time.

Cancellations in writing received seven (7) working days before the first day of the course will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations in writing received six (6) working days before the course will receive an 80% refund.

Cancellations in writing received before the start of the course will receive a 50% refund.

If no written cancellation notification is received before the start of the course, there is NO REFUND!

There is no fee to reschedule to another session.

FRESH Training Concepts reserves the right to cancel any course without advance notice or to refuse a registration application (i.e. payment) for any course due to over enrollment, circumstances beyond its control or for any other reason.

In the unlikely event of course cancellation, FRESH Training Concepts’ entire liability shall be limited to refund of the course registration fee.
